• National Biodiesel Board - The national trade association representing the biodiesel industry in the United States.  This site has information on nearly all aspects of the biodiesel industry. 
• ASTM - The primary organization governing the quality specifications for biodiesel. 
• Clean Cities - Government-industry partnership designed to reduce petroleum consumption in the
  transportation sector

Quality Standards

• ASTM D6751 - ASTM abstract page for the quality standard governing biodiesel in the United States.  The National Biodiesel Board has a nice summary of the ASTM D6751 standard.
